Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS, the world's largest trade association. The CIPS Network is comprised of 1,500 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused on the special needs of  the "international" market. Pat is a member of the local real estate board  committee that deals with attracting International Real Estate business.

In Fort Walton Beach Florida the primary market is residential properties with a large number of waterfront property and luxry homes on the various Bayous of Choctawhatchee Bay.  In Destin and Sandestin Florida the primary market is vacation homes, beach properties, beach condominiums, beach houses, luxry homes, and residential properties.   

Fort Walton Beach is home to the largest number of military personnel from Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field.  If you are military and plan to be stationed at Eglin AFB or Hurlburt Field you will most likely move to Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Navarre, Crestview or to on-base housing.
